All production is carried out on site utilizing our state-of-the-art 4-axis equipment with CNC control and automatic electrode tool changing capabilities. Electrode materials include copper and graphite, for the precision machining of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, and various alloys among others. Maximum work piece dimensions are up to 8" in thickness, with minimum part features of .004" and internal radius capacity down to .001". A tight tolerance of ±.0001" can also be maintained throughout production.
