EMF, Inc. provides high quality welding services for customers in the military, medical, government, and aerospace industries. We are experienced with MIG, TIG (heliarc), gas, submerged metal arc welding (SMAW), and flux core processes, employing expert free hand welding and CNC welding operations on parts up to 80' in height. We effectively handle a range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, and alloys such as 4130, 4340, 17-4, and 15-5. We have specialized knowledge of flame strengthening and distortion minimizing techniques, and our workmanship is verified with a range of testing and inspection procedures including ultrasonic, optical CMM, x-ray, radiographic, magnetic particle, and eddy current methods.

A number of value added ancillary services are available in addition to custom welding, including research and development, prototype manufacturing, product engineering and development, project management, troubleshooting, and special packaging. We handle low to moderate production levels, with typical turnaround times of 3 weeks. JIT delivery is offered.
