Custom Welding Services of a Flight Simulator Frame for the Aerospace Industry

It measures 105" in length, 85" in width, 28.25" in height, and weighs 1,300 lbs. Our experienced welders are capable of fabricating small precision weldments as well as larger fabrications, such as this frame, to applicable ASME, AWS, and NADCAP standards. The finished frame was inspected in accordance with AMSE Y14.5 and internal customer specifications.
